Theresa O’Neal is a brand building professional with over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, development and fundraising. She has worked with organizations such as Mount Sinai Health Systems, The American Cancer Society, Viacom, Bee Season Consulting, EDCSPIN and a host of other non-profits, organizations and entrepreneurs.

O’Neal’s career path has been diverse but her focus remains simple: helping those who help others. After decades of professional and personal experience, she realized she could align her network of resources to advance one thing, the common good. Her interests were peaked early on, in her work as a Public Affairs Director where she contributed to well-known pro-social initiatives. She departed from MTVN in 2004 and began a full-time career in marketing, public relations and business development. She soon joined forces with her protégé Brian Dodson, a successful fundraiser who has raised millions for non-profits worldwide. Together they grew Bee Season Consulting which focuses on furthering the fundraising advancements of organizations, especially during challenging economic climates.

O’Neal’s roster of clients include doctors, restauranteurs, authors, performing artists, actors, comedians, clergy, designers, doctors and entrepreneurs. She and her clients have been featured on The Today Show, MSNBC, CBS, CNN, Fox News as well as featured many publications such as O Magazine, The Network Journal, The New York Times, Daily News, New York, Post, Essence and Black Enterprise Magazine.

Ann Lemond­-Hume, Chairman and CEO of Juicy Media Group, LLC has spent the past 21 years in the field of nursing. She always had a passion for music and entertainment and
more recently, real estate and investments. In 2011, after her brief entry to social media, she
formed Juicy Media Group, LLC and has built a high performance consulting team and has successfully positioned the company as a leader in online branding strategy and online marketing. Ann effectively established the company’s high priority strategic initiatives, created and led product development and marketing through the organization’s start-up phase with aggressive and strategic marketing initiatives. Ann drives leading edge digital marketing strategy, analytics, and thought-leadership for the company’s management and execution teams.

Joining forces with a team of dedicated individuals, Juicy Media Group, LLC (JMG) has
broadened their vision which would expand beyond multimedia and entertainment. JMG’s goal is to become a global player, extending not only their reach, but their clients’ as well.

Ann is also proud to serve on the board of Lola Louis’ Creative and Performing Arts, Inc. a non­profit organization located in Bronx, NY for the past 12 years.

Ann is passionate about what she does, nurturing relationships and acting as an
intermediary for businesses. She is excited to share all the great things JMG has in store.

Tanya Pessoa is an event specialist, producer, booking agent and brand developer.
She is a passionate and avid lover of music, fashion and the arts. It was this love that spearheaded her involvement and made her a key player on the music scene for over 20 years producing and assisting in coordinating various international festivals events and tours. Tanya has proven herself to be a great negotiator, visionary and excellent executioner within the world of events. Her extensive resume includes international reggae festivals such as Reggae Sumfest, Air Jamaica Jazz & Blues festival, CMJ Music Marathon, One Africa Music festival, Grooving in the Park, South by Southwest (SXSW) film and music. conference.

She attended the University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica and the Institute of Audio Research (IAR) in New York City. While studying at IAR, Tanya interned at Columbia Records in the creative marketing department where she gained extensive knowledge in entertainment marketing. At Columbia she assisted in marketing and developing the brands of recording artists such as Boys like Girls, Pattie Smith and Fiona Apple.

In 2010, Tanya crossed paths with the CEO of Afromondo Productions, who saw her talents and strengths and asked her to join his team as a freelance project manager and consultant. Tanya developed projects, booked talent and organized tours for clients such as the St. Lucia Jazz Festival, Ziggy Marley, British Dependency, Shaggy, Akon, Lorraine Klaasen, Third World,Luciano, Rhianna, Love Jones Girlz along with a host of other artists.

In 2012, Tanya’s background in special events and project management, led to a position at the National Minority Business Council in New York City. At NMBC,
she managed and produced their fundraising events, educational workshops, and forums. She also assisted in developing strategies for the growth of the organization and educational development. Tanya’s work focused on Africa and funding for the Women’s Entrepreneurial programs, which resulted in relationship building with countries such as Ghana, Senegal, Nigeria, Jamaica and China.

Tanya’s passion for humanitarian work has been expressed through special events, festivals and nonprofit initiatives. She currently serves as one of the creative directors at Global Cultural Understanding and Economic group (G CUED)which is a stakes changing multi-dimensional initiative. GCUED partners education, sports and arts to enable economic sustainability.
Tanyas endeavor is to make a difference by giving performers and artists various platforms to share their message and showcase their talents.

Executive Director of Projects

Nicole Wright is the executive director of projects and as such is charged with being responsible for inter-departmental coordination to deliver successful projects, on time, on budget and on brand.

Nicole’s professional background spans over 20 years working with a wide variety of organizations ranging from insurance, banking, education, performing arts and law. Nicole’s career path helped develop and hone her management skills while advocating for arts education.

As project manager at Nickelodeon/MTV Networks, Nicole developed and maintained project briefs, schedules and budgets to ensure smooth production processes for client initiated promotional sites on Nick.com and NickJr.com. On the apparel marketing side and packaging design side of the business, she was responsible for project schedules as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with freelance artists and vendors.

After transitioning from Nickelodeon/MTV Networks, Nicole became a full time Mom to her three daughters.

Coming from a family of public servants, it was a natural progression for her to become involved with her children’s PTA. Nicole has served in a number of roles ranging from class parent, PTA Executive Board member, to most recently as the co-parent delegate for the PPAS/AILEY dance program. In her role, Nicole and her co-delegate collaborated with administration and faculty for the first ever black history event for the school community.

Nicole also acted as editor and contributor for the monthly PPAS/AILEY newsletter that was distributed to the school community, sponsors and community partners.

Nicole is passionate about providing support to teens who are interested in the arts. She helps them identify pathways to access education and training for their continued professional success.

Nicole works in public service with the City of New York Law Department and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Africana Studies from CUNY Brooklyn College.
